The Property Concierge Service includes:
The Property Concierge service starts at $2,995+ HST for project management for property upgrades, aesthetic renovations, & cleaning (pricing starting for a 1-2 bedroom condo)
Pricing varies depending on property size. Please request a call online, or message our team on Whatsapp for a custom quote for your property.
Pricing reflects the management of work that falls under the following categories: paintings lighting hardware changes, yard work and professional cleaning.
Any additional management of trades ie plumbing will be billed at an additional 20% of the overall trade quote.
Projects that fall outside of the above categories will be priced on an individual basis.
Trades recommended by The Property Stylist are third party contractors to be hired and paid directly by the clients. The Property Stylist does not hold legal responsibility for their workmanship.

Staging and Styling:
Our Staging and Styling service pricing varies based on the number of principle rooms in the property
Principle rooms include:
* dining room(s)
* living room(s)
* bedroom(s)
* basement living room
* outdoor living spaces
The minimum fee for this comprehensive service starts at $3,495 + HST
Although we only charge based on Principle rooms, we still style the entire property, encompassing common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and foyer.

We recommend moving out of the property during the renovations/staging process if possible. If that's not possible we'll coordinate all services with you, allowing you to concentrate on other priorities.
Our team takes care of the management of all third-party services, including movers and tradespeople for upgrades and renovations.

We recommend reaching out to our team to book services at least 30 days prior to your target list date. The turnaround time for full property preparation (including removal and storage of personal items, aesthetic renovations, upgraded fixtures, cleaning, and staging) takes approximately between 2-4 weeks.

Yes - Collaborating with third-party movers, our team securely handles the removal and storage of all personal items that are not required during the preparation and sales phases.
Styled to Stay

When it comes to the cost of our Styled to Stay services, we offer two flexible options to suit your needs. If you're looking for a comprehensive transformation and want us to design your space from top to bottom, the 'Start from Scratch' option starts at $1495 per room.
Alternatively, if you already have a furnished room and simply need professional styling and decor to pull it all together, our 'Style Me' option starts at $995 per room.
These pricing structures ensure that you can choose the level of service that best fits your requirements and budget. Our goal is to provide affordable and tailored solutions to create a stylish and inviting space that aligns with your vision.

After you chat with our expert design coordinator over the phone or video call. We will take your room's measurements, photos, and your style preferences to create a space that feels just right for you. In 2-4 weeks you'll receive a design plan and mood boards that bring the vision to life.
With a shop-able guide that's like a roadmap for your room. We curate the layers that go into creating a beautiful space including lighting, rugs, furniture, textiles, throws, pillows, drapery, greenery, art, decor and more. Plus, we'll make it easy to turn your vision into reality with styling tips to arrange the final design.
